The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is pleased to announce that it will not be increasing tuition for the 2012 academic year beginning this fall.  The college will be implementing a $2 increase in fees.  The College’s decision to maintain the current tuition rate is another example of its long-term commitment to providing an affordable quality education to the region.

Students will see an additional $1 in the Instructional Support Fee which supports the College’s ability to maintain and develop state-of-the-art learning environment.  Another   $1 in the Facilities Fee will complete the $2 total additional fees.  The Facilities Fee supports the continued commitment by the college to maintain the campus as a modern, high-tech learning environment for students.

These changes in fees at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope were approved during the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees meeting Friday in Little Rock.  Chancellor Chris Thomason said, “UACCH is committed to working hard to keep a high quality education affordable on our campuses.  I am confident that our tuition and fee schedule has and will continue to promote student access and opportunity, while supporting the needs of the College.”
