HOPE, AR – The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is currently enrolling interested individuals for the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR Course.
The BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course is intended for certified or noncertified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals.
Healthcare professionals need to bring their pocket CPR mask to class. Those renewing their cards may bring their 2010 American Heart Association student book, while those taking the course for the first time may make arrangements to purchase their book on their own or when they register.
The next course will be held on December 1st from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the UACCH-Hope Campus. The class fee, excluding the student workbook, is $90 and payable upon registration. For company sponsored individuals invoicing is available. For company sponsored individuals invoicing is available. The registration deadline is by noon on November 27th.
