The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is currently accepting nominations for the 2011 Outstanding Alumnus or Alumna from faculty, staff, and community members. Nominations will be accepted through April 18, 2011. A candidate for this honor renders special and outstanding service to the College, brings distinction to the College, and/or brings recognition to the College through outstanding service and significant contributions to their community, state, and/or nation.
The winner will be recognized at the end-of-semester faculty and staff luncheon to be held on campus and at the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges annual fall conference. This is a great opportunity to spotlight one of the many success stories of UACCH Alumni.
In support of a nomination, please attach a 200 – 300 word narrative. Be certain to include a complete account of how the nominee meets the criteria and note particularly his or her current occupation. If the candidate is selected, this information will be used for announcements, publicity, and also for submission to Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges.
