HOPE, AR – The University of Arkansas Hope – Texarkana Multicultural Club will present its annual Black History program on Thursday, February 4, at 7:00 p.m. in Hempstead Hall Auditorium. Mr. Larry Shaw is the keynote speaker, and there will be several performances by local groups including the Drum Ballet.
