University of Arkansas Community College at Hope Scholarship Application Form
- Application Deadline is April 15.
To be considered for a UACCH Scholarship you must you must be a current graduating high school senior and:
- Complete a UACCH Scholarship Application.
- Provide UACCH an official 7th semester transcript and a copy of all ACT score reports.
- Provide a completed Application for Admission for the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope.
- Provide a completed Biographical Information Sheet with photo if you wish for UACCH to announce the receipt of your scholarship to area newspapers.
