Minimum qualifications for the U of A Hope – Texarkana (UAHT) General Education Test (GED) Scholarship are:
- A composite score of 660 on the Official GED® exam that is less than one year old at the time of application (a current score report must be submitted with this application to be considered for scholarship) AND
- No previous college experience
The scholarship amount is based on each semester’s enrollment as follows:
- Full-time (12 or more credit hours per semester) $ 500 per semester
- Three-quarter-time (9-11 credit hours) $ 375 per semester
- Half-time (6-8 credit hours) $ 250 per semester
