For businesses, a digital footprint is playing an ever increasing part in sales and marketing strategies and should be considered as the virtual biography of a business. Similar to a business’s reputation in the industry, an online footprint acts as a digital calling card – a way in which consumers and the industry perceive and interact with the business. From Google, to Facebook, to Landing Pages, digital marketing is about converting online efforts to fiscal value. This conference will help identify the needs of small businesses and organizations in evaluating where customers find them, what information they want when they find them, and how they are perceived online.
Drew Spurgers of Kungabloo Creative in Conway, Arkansas, is an expert in web design, brand management, graphic design, social media, video production, and more.
