Cross Training/Fitness Class

Are you looking for a fun way to get in shape? This is the class for you!! We will put together a combination of basic exercises into a cross training program, showing you all aspects of how to create your own personalized workout programs in order to get and stay fit. You will combine cardio training with hip hop aerobics and nutritional education for total body sculpting. Instructor will gladly customize each exercise just for you and he will make sure you are doing each exercise correctly!  Class is for men & women. You must bring a step and a mat. Class will meet on Monday, Feb 13 instead of Tuesday, February 14, due to Valentine’s Day.

This is a continuation of the first two classes. Remember that each exercise is customized just for you! So come join the fun! Beginners and repeaters welcome! Class will meet on Monday, May 7 instead of Tuesday, May 8, due to UACCH graduation.
