“It is an honor to be selected to serve on the UofA Hope-Texarkana Board of Visitors, and I will do everything I can to help the college provide higher education to Texarkana and the Southwest Arkansas region,” said Representative Hickerson. “The college has been a wonderful asset to Southwest Arkansas for many years and is particularly one of the best additions to Texarkana, AR, in many years.”

Representative Hickerson of Texarkana is serving her third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives.  She represents District 1, which includes part of Miller County.  She will be retiring from the General Assembly at the end of this calendar year.
